Bridges and stretching

I don't increase the volume of my snatch pyramides, instead I increase tempo and try to take shorter rests. I think I do ok (for my level) slow snatches and overhead rests. Moreover, over the week, jerk and heavier snatches gives enough oh-training.

I am thinking about doing bridges a goal of mine. I will play with them a bit before I make make a decision (goals are big for me, not to be decided suddenly). Anyhow, they should be great for jerks, racks and all over fitness.

Like most people, I could do them quite easy during youth. Nowadays, I have got stiffer. Even if I get head off the ground, I can't lock out the elbows properly due to backward thoracic inflexibility. Also, I think I over-extend lower back... Well, would be nice to be able to do back-bridges.

My google translate works again and I will roam the many good Finnish, Russian and German kettlebell-sites once more!
