Front Foot Elevated Split Squat (Link)

The bridges and Front Foot Elevated Split Squat. Taken together this ending made me feel very refreshed after the session.

Bridges continued
A leading Australian GS-athlete gave me those two links to articles by Jeff Martone on bridges. These bridges is what I would call "neck bridges" and should be especially good for those with rack problems (the hip flexors). My quest is rather for the handstand bridge, but the articles should help working up to that.

Second article: Link

Martone is one of the early RKCs, a juggling practitioner and Crossfit kb-instructor
My Australian friend also advised me to try out "wall walks." I think Pavel Tsatsouline has described that somewhere. Here is another link. I didn't dare this one today. If there was a rugged tree trunk to walk, and soft grass to fall down on might be better.

Our Danish CMS, Thierry Sanchez, reminded me about the following video (can't embed):

I haven't tried it out yet, but it kind of continues where the Martone progression ends.
