Snatch pyramid

Snatch 20kg: 7/7,14/14,40/40, 30/30,21/21,14/14,14/14 (140/140 total vol)

It was hot, no breeze as well as humid today, and I sweated like a pig. Moreover, I had forgot my wrist wraps and the last sets it felt like lifting with fleece gloves. I got to practice snatch from squat a bit and - out of necessity - even started to use the finger lock which I normally can't do. Palms got sore.
No need for anything more today. Maybe, jerk tomorrow.

Your wrist wraps are your friends if you are as slimy as me :-)
