Long cycle 2x20kg, 2x24kg, 2x28kg: 5reps each weight

Jerk 2x30kg: 4


Long cycle 2x28kg: 10
Long cycle 2x24kg: 23/3min

Snatch 20kg: 10/10

Farmhold superset: 2x40kg/1min->2x24kg/1min
Abdominal exercize: 10reps (don't know its name, a bit like jack-knife :-)

Stretching

A sweet little session. Next training probably on Tuesday, maybe Wedensday as well, and then rest Thursday.
