Rock-carrying and some bar-hangs
An early morning session. The snatches 20/23 with 32kg was a nice surprise and a PR. I got quite tired; I am not sure grip gave out first. Felt more like systemic failure. Technically, I found my old grove with a wider swing on the way up and which suits me better.
After the snatches I had planned to do some jerks, but I was too tired and had no focus. So I moved some rocks instead, that required less technical awareness.
