Snatch 24kg: 40/40
Clean 2x20kg: 10
Clean 2x24kg: 10
Clean 2x32kg: 6,6
Clean 2x20kg with gloves: 41 reps /3min
The careful reader has probably noted that I did not do the DL prescribed by the holy template. It's because I felt tired in the body.
The Leokos were nice to snatch. I would say that especially in lockout there was a noticeable good feel.
Interestingly, during the 24kg snatches highest heart rate was only 170 (90% of max HR). Some lc with 20kgs get me there in no time (but not as breathtaken).
