SC jerk training
SC jerk 2x20, 2x24,2x30kg: 5 each weight
SC jerk 2x32kg: 10,6
SC jerk 2x30kg:3x 10reps
Push-ups w blue band: 3x 10reps
Did some cleans after the jerks, but had some spasm at the side of the waist so I quit.
