Pull-ups - no count, short sets
Saturday 4th
LC 2x20kg: 3x 5reps
LC 2x28kg: 5x 6reps, 5x 5reps (1min rests throughout)
Leg press in machine: no count (the rack was occupied)
I had no more energy for bench or pull-ups so I stopped there. I don't like people talking in cell phones at the gym; at the same time, I don't know why I even bother to think about such petty things... :-)
