This was good as I haven't done it in a while.
Sunday
Deep squats 50kg 2x 10reps; 70kg x 10reps; 80kg x 3x 5reps
OH squats 20kg: 3x 5reps
Bench press 80kg: 4, 3, 2 reps; slow 50kg x 10reps
The squats... felt the LC in the legs so took it lighter.
I have been a bad blogger this week, and I think I have forgot some session.
