Ring dips: 2x 10reps

Happy with the LC (a PR), the short sets are good for revising technique in between. To remember for me: dip when catching bells + make 2nd dip deep enough = easier lifting.
Read an article about split squats (again :-). They seem great in theory, in practice they mostly challenge my balance and it doesn't feel like building leg strength or quads. The article said the motorics get better quickly so I might should persist. I am interested in split squats as an alternative when one has no rack available.
