Stretching
Today, I started with chi-going and mobility and then stretching hip flexors for ca 1min per side (lunge style). After that I warmed up with weights. While extensive stretching might not be good before exercize that demands speed or explosiveness - it seemed ok regarding hip flexors and LC (I don't target quads in stretch). Rack was better.
After lifting, I repeated the same stretching again.
I will take a few days off and be back Friday, or Saturday.
