Deep squat 50kg: 3x 15reps
Front squat 10kg: 20reps (fast)
Leg press machine: 3 low rep sets
Stretching
The squat rack was occupied so went lightly. The last leg press sets made me dizzy. Suspect soreness tomorrow...
Thursday
LC 2x 32kg: 16, 10
Ring dips: 2x 10reps
Not too sore in legs but they got tired after 10. The rings are good training investment even if I only use them for dips, Tomorrow will be a rest day.
