Deep squat 50kg: 3x 15reps
Dips: 3x 8reps
Stretching
Despite the light weight, last squat set was not easy.
Monday
LC 2x28kg: 30 (5rpm), 12 (6rpm)
LC 2x20kg: 20 (10rpm)
Some chi-gong as warm-up and -down.
