LC 2x28kg: 40 / 10min
Deep squat 32kg: 30

As it was a while since I did 4rpm/ 10min with 28 I had to test again. Humid day so grip almost became an obstacle. Cardio, legs and shoulders stayed fine.

Saturday 6th
LC 2x32kg: 19 reps
Jogging: 3kms
Stretching

The lc felt good until rep 20 which was a clear fail.

Spent a couple of hours watching the live streaming from the Cup of Scandinavia. Very fine lifting, not the least in the ladies' LC with two bells. Moreover, the gents displayed good as well as elite results with the 32s. Good work!
