Wedensday
LC 2x20kg, 2x24, 2x28kg: 5 reps each
LC 2x32kg: 10reps
Ring dips: 5x 6reps
Felt tired - I believe it was the last two sets Monday - so I did my version of program minimum (10 LCreps + some other fitness move in moderation).
