LC 2x20,2x24kg,2x28kg: 5 reps each weight
LC 2x32kg: 8, 10
This time the 10reps deadlift scheme was harder than last time. The LC in the afternoon sucked; might be the fact that it is 29 degrees C in the shadow which is a lot for being here.
