LC 2x28kg: 38/8min
OA LC 36kg: 3/3
Ring dips: 3x 7reps
As for LC, I increased the number of 5rpm minutes. I like ring dips. The downward press is a nice change, and I believe dips make me "allround-strong." At the same time, I suspect that they make me more stiff in shoulders which is bad for kb-lockouts.
