LC 2x28kg: 41, 5rpm (rpm PR)
LC 2x20kg: 30, 10rpm
Blessed with another "rpm PR" this week. Would be great going 10minutes at 5rpm one day. A cardio goal.
Ok, I'have to improve my transition "clean to rack". With lighter bells I can clean-rack with elbows glued to the hips, with 28s I move around elbows a bit before settling into rack.
I don't think you should do a true clean-rack with elbows fixed on hips but that it is more of a cue for training. I.e. a teaching, or practice, tool.
In my case, the moving around of elbows takes time that I need for rest in between reps.
Still, exceptionally hot, +30 C. Tomorrow will be even hotter. After that it is supposed to rain which I look forward to.
