LC 2x32kg: 10
Slow walk to the gym
Deep squat: 50kg 10reps; 60kg 2x 10reps; 70kg 4x 6reps
Bench press 80kg: 2x 3 reps
Dips: 4x 6reps (not rings, a lot easier)
Some belly work
I am going - even more - towards a period of fitness-training at the time being, not working a lot on lactic acid tolerance. Fun training today.
