Sunday 28s, jogging

LC 2x20,2x24kg: 5 reps each weight
LC 2x28kg: 43/10min (4rpm, 7rpm tenth minute)

Walk/run: 5kms (60-80% of HR max + some sprints)

As long as I stay at 4rpm with 28s it is not very hard; guess I could go 12min at that tempo. As soon as I go for 5rpm, it is a different game after a few minutes. I think practicing 5rpm sets with 28s is a good route for me.
