I believe the jogging helps the LC.
The instability of the rings is a true challenge. Whatever I do, it feels like a lats exercize. To my surprise, I could do a few seconds of L-sit with rings. It would be cool to make that in a slow and controlled manner (that wasn't the case today :-).
