Lifts, stretch

Friday 7th
LC 2x20kg: 5,5
LC 2x28kg: 10x 6reps (6rpm, 1min rests)

Snatch 20kg: 2min/2min

Deep squat 50kg: 3x 10reps

The intervals were a struggle - I don't do enough high tempo lifting with 20kgs - still satisfied with today.

This is an interesting flexibility exercize by Arsenij Zhernakov, a great coach, HMS, and Ph.D.

Jerk 2x20kg, 2x28kg, 2x30kg: 5rep each weight
Jerk 2x32kg, with fixometer: 10reps

LC 2x20kg: 30, 30 (10rpm, hard)

Pull ups: 3x 7reps

"Arsenji mobility" see above: as I have no TRX or long rope available I used rubber bands. I liked it, though I should try it with something non-elastic. Maybe Wedensday at the Bunker where there are lts of TRX along the walls.
