Ups and downs

LC 2x20kg: 5,5
LC 2x28kg: 5
LC 2x32kg: 10 (2rpm)
LC 2x28kg: 2x 10reps (5rpm)

Jerk 2x20kg, with fixometer: 35 (7rpm)

Pull-ups: 3x 6reps

Was happy with the 32kg set and thought that this kettlebell thing might be allright after all. It was slow, but so were lockouts as well. Then I wanted to do a 5min, 5rpm set with 28s and it became a fiasco. The jerks with fixometer felt ok.
