Some random pull ups during the day as I put up the pull up bar last night.
Sunday
LC 2x20kg: 10 x10reps (10rpm, 1min rests)
DOMS (träningsvärk) from moving some final heavy stuff yesterday (including a washing machine), so I wanted to go lighter with the bells.
The 10 x 10 was hard, but not very hard. Interestingly, 10 or 11rpm seems to be the max speed that I can do LC even if not tired. Could speed up tempo with thumb forward clean... but don't like it :-).
