Snatch 20kg: 62/69 (4/4min)

LC 2x20kg: 11 /1min
LC 2x28kg: 9 /2min
LC 2x20kg: 11 /1min

The Fixometer has trouble charging, so I couldn't  use it. I will try with another cord.
Snatches were nice in that cardio was a lot better. You may have noticed I do only 8minute sets, that is in order to up my rpm before doing 10min sets. Otherwise, there is a risk that I only rest in lockout and never get any faster.
