-Dip speed is better.
-Take down some lockouts too fast
- What about that assymetry in lockout? Nothing urgent, but I will check it up (again :-).
Watched some of the live streaming from World Championships in Tyumen Friday and Saturday. Great event. A very cool observation was that there are lifters from outside Eastern Europe who places very well.
