Tuesday
LC 2x28kg: 5, 5
Deep Squats: 50kg x 10reps; 60kg x 10reps; 70kg x 10reps

Bench press 80kg: 3,4,3

Thursday 31st
LC 2x28kg: 25/5min (rpm PR)

LC 2x24kg: 19/2min (wanted 20reps, but...)

OH-lockout holds 2x20kg: 10x 10sec

Oa bar hang: 30sec/30sec

A demanding work week so I trained less. I need to work on upping my rpm... hard hard work :-)
