LC PR under favourable circumstances

LC 2x24kg: 5
LC 2x28kg: 3,31 (3,1rpm)

SC jerk 2x24kg: 10 focus on finding the lock-out

Lock-out holds 2x 24kg: 3x 20sec

Bulgarian split squats bodyweight: 2x 10/10

It is a PR for time and reps. I think it is primarily because I lift outdoors and I don't sweat as much as at the gym. At the gym the grip usually fails first due to moisture, then the bells land badly in the rack etc etc... fail.

I would like to stop moving my elbows around after the clean; that takes a lot of energy. Moving around bells in that way could be a decent shoulder exercize in itself :-).

The cadence is slow. I wanted to stay aerobic as long and possible. My aim was to go 10min, not a certain number of reps. I m happy that I could increase tempo last minute.

Thanks Karsten! I had planned to do a max attempt with 20s or 24s early August so this is a good occasion!
