Mixing up the bench weight a bit too not stall too much. Oa LC brings forth the mobility issue in my right shoulder so I don´t forget about it.
Interesting discussion at IGX
There is an interesting thread about GPP and assistance and programming for kettlebell sport at the infamous IGX-forum (LINK). Maybe, it is not so much a "discussion" as a bunch of different opinions arbitrarily voiced :-). Nonetheless, when I read it I get happy that there is a much wider array of knowledge about lifting kettlebells today. Hence, the stupid dogmatism that we saw a few years ago is no longer possible.
