A nice outdoors session, but had no geist for hard work... Generally, happy with the few reps I did though.

LC 2x28kg: 4x 6reps, 6x 5reps (1min rests throughout)
Bench press 80kg: 5,4,4,4,4
Physical therapy
Saturday, my physical therapist helped me working on assymetries between left and right side. To her, it probably originated from the hip and I got some very simple treatment, yet I felt effects at once.
