Lifting bells and barbells

Monday 22nd
SC jerk 2x20, 2x24,2x30kg: 5 each weight
SC jerk 2x32kg: 5x 5reps
SC jerk 2x30kg: 5

Front squat 2x20kg: 3x 10reps

Wedensday 24th (8 months to X-mas!)
Squats 50kg: 10, 10
Squats 70kg: 3x 5reps
Squats 80kg: 5
Empty bar form

Deadlift 120kg: 2x 5 reps
Bench press 80kg: 6,5,3,3,3
Pull ups, neutral grip: 3x 5reps
Mobility & stretch including bridge and light pullovers

I just felt like lifting barbell today. I focused a lot on technique, and assymetries in squat. Right now I am trying to figure out how it is assymetric, changing foot positions and such...
