LC 2x20kg, 2x24kg: 5 each
LC 2x30kg: 3
LC 2x32kg: 4x 2reps
LC 2x30kg: 10x 3reps
Push ups on kb handles: 4x 10reps
Goblet squat 16kg: 3x 10reps
