Back to ordinary training

LC 2x20kg: 5,5,5
LC 2x28kg: 3,3, 22

Jump squats 50kg: 2x 40reps
Some snatches with fleece gloves and 16kg

Stretch and mobility

Today was the first session with 28kg bells since the 6th of January. In between there was the Zhernakov workshop (I backed down slightly before the workshop). After the workshop I focused on 24kgs for the Uddevalla competition, plus I had with almost a week of recovery prior to the event. In short, I have become weaker... I had some idea that I might have got stronger and had more endurance after this break, but nope.

I did jump squats. The shallow GS-kind. I got that from the Zhernakov workshop. Zhernakov opined that jump squats below 70kg is pretty useless for men; but I started with 50kgs for the sake of safety. Got tired anyhow. A very good feel and it hit the jerk muscles perfectly. If my sensitive knees can take it... we will see tomorrow :-).
