Some light snatches to cool down
The higher volume sessions with lighter weights tend to wear me down and start minor pains and aches so I did heavier & low volume today.
Pavel Tsatsouline wrote somewhere that old trainees should lift heavy. He has written a lot and I don't know if that is his final stance though. Pavel Tsatsouline, by the way, has started a new organization - Strong First - since he parted with RKC. Their logo looks cool:
