Deadlift, gym, fail and not

DL 120kg: 5
DL 140kg: 3
DL 150kg: 1
DL 155kg: 1, 1 fail
DL 140kg: 1
DL 120kg: 5

Bench press 60kg and 70kg: four sets of ca 7reps
Biceps curl 28kg: 4x 7 reps
Triceps extensions: 3x 10reps

Stretching

Had planned to try 160kg in deadlift today, but as I felt a little tired this morning (some red wine yesterday), I tried 155kg instead. That went up. Then, after a rest, I tried to lift it again, but the bar would not move. It was like welded to the floor. First time I fail in dl in that way as far as I can remember (I have failed at lockouts previously). Interesting experience anyway.

My bodyweight is ca 83-84kg at the present, and my aim is to deadlift double bodyweight. I might drop a kg or two or else I should pull 168kg.
