OA BU clean & hold 24kg, no count 1/1/1...


Otherwise, I found a second hand copy of Westside Barbell Book of Methods by Louie Simmons (thanks Owen!). It is a fantastic wealth of information. It is specifically for powerlifting at quite a high level. Nonetheless there is a lot of good reflections on rotating of exercizes and programming even for me.
