Stretching

Contrary to my plan, I deadlifted 140kg. It is the most I have pulled for at least 15 years, or so. Maybe, I could pull 142, or such, but not much more. It was heavy for me, but the lockout felt solid and I stayed there for a couple of seconds.

Nice!!
Good lift, will you go on?

I try to lift 2xBW....but i've got the feeling that Deadlift (Heavy) and Kettlebell Sport are not the best Combo....

Have a good Sunday.

Hï Daniel,
Thanks! I agree that 2xBW is a great lift. That would be 160 for me.
Maybe, I try to increase my dl eventually.
Now, I will just back down to 110 and 120kg for a couple of months.
Preliminarily, next goals are 5x5 easy at 120kg, and 5 easy at 130kg.

But those are just plans... :-). If I feel any pains I back of DL at once. It is just something I do once a week. LC is more important even if that is just for fun as well. But more serious fun :-).

I guess dedicated dl-training would be hard to combine with kettlebell sport regarding recovery and, maybe, endurance/strength.

Have good Sunday too!
