Some kettlebell lifting

LC 2x20kg: 5
LC 2x24kg: 5
LC 2x28kg: 3, 17

SC Jerk 2x28kg: 5
SC Jerk 2x30kg: 4, 4
SC Jerk 2x20kg: 20

Sumo DL 2x40kg: 25reps/1min

Push-ups with band: 3x 10reps

The "Morozov breathing" is coming along. During the longer set with 28s heart beat was all the way up to 97% of  max (182). Yes my friends, such is the ugly truth, but remember 17 is almost a max set for me. Anyway, after the set I was not too breathtaken and the pulse went back down quickly; I guess that is because of more effective breathing.

I have not made any PR attempt with 24s in a long while. Old p-record from March -11 was 50 reps.

PR with 16s is 80reps (Dec)
with 20s ca 72reps (anytime:-)
