I also had the possibillity to try out the new Eleiko-bells. They were very nice and with a solid feeling to them:
Training-wise we did some bar hangs and wrist-rolling as well.
Thomas' grandfather - who used to lift weights - made a drawing for this dip rack and Thomas' father welded it. One of the grandfather's best lifts is One Arm snatch with a +60kg barbell.

One man's trash is another man's treasure
Saturday morning, on my way to the train station, I was to throw some kitchen garbage. In the garbage room someone had thrown away a barbell and some plates. I was in a hurry for my train, so it was with some panic I moved the iron up to the top floor where I live. The bar is of an older model with 28mm diameter (not 25) and 168cm long. I have no scale at home, but I guess the seven plates is ca 5kg a piece. No bad surprise at all :-).

Hey Girevik,
can you tell if the Eleiko Kettlebell similar to my Kettlebells?
Thank you.
Also nice found with the Barbell!
Lucky men.
Hi D!
Maybe one day in the future we will begin to find free kettlebells in the garbage room :-).
I can not say anything specific about the Eleikos as I trained so little with them.
They feel very similar to your bells; notably the handle/body proportions have room enough for rack and lockout. 35mm handle.
As with all new bells, handle is smooth, but that will change with use.
Most important, I think, there were no "surprises" lifting them.
Ie that no part of the lift suddenly felt very difficult, or easy with them.
I found your bells like that as well.
Ps! You know you will have the possibillity to try them out during the Morozov course?
