The long cycle felt better today even if it's nothing to brag about. Less press grove, clearer 2nd dip.
The snatching was nice. Is it easier, or not, to snatch a "Strength & Conditioning bell?" There is less of a lever in lockout (due to size) so stability is easier. Grip is thicker, but on the other hand, cast iron gives a rougher surface to hold on to.
