Snatch 20kg
Snatch 20kg: 7/7, 14/14, 40/40, 30/30,21/21,14/14,14/14 (tot volume 140/140)
There's nothing like a 20kg-session. Moreover, I wont feel as guilty when I
play
struggle with 28-32kg.
