Snatches felt bad. So, kept them short. Lc felt good and I did intervals to increase my low rpms.
Today, I also did something different. I lifted in my running shoes, in order to save the heels from the impact of the second dip. Felt fine :-). I would not like to do it with the 28s due to balance though.
