The lc with 20kgs made a nice cardio session. Cold seems gone though there is still some symptoms. Because of the articles below and some discussion on the bad forum I noted my HR percentages. Neither easy, nor super high - maybe they put me in the "no man's land" of staled progress, mentioned below? Only have two more sessions before the Uddevalla comp planned - after that I might consider some adaptations.
