Lccj w 20s and heart rate is the new black

A.m.
Mobility & stretching
Bar hangs 3x45 sec (slippery bar)
Steam sauna (I turned all red)

P.m.
Lccj 2x20kg:
7(69% of max heart rate),
14(88%)
38(93% of max HR)
30(95%)
21(93%)
14
14 (89% of max HR)  (min 7rpm; sum 138 reps)

Lccj 2x28kg: 2,3,3

BU-cleans 20kg: 1min/1min

The lc with 20kgs made a nice cardio session. Cold seems gone though there is still some symptoms. Because of the articles below and some discussion on the bad forum I noted my HR percentages. Neither easy, nor super high - maybe they put me in the "no man's land" of staled progress, mentioned below? Only have two more sessions before the Uddevalla comp planned - after that I might consider some adaptations.

Stalling in training sucks, good luck in the competition.
