In the LC I worked on where to rest and relax in drop. Heart rate topped 180bpm/95% of max (during the 40 set). I think I felt less tired today.
Otherwise, got persuaded by a friend to download spotify and skype. There is really a lot of music out there, and I got caught with old rock and blues classics.
