LCCJ and the GS-GBG comp tee

Snatch 24 kg: 5/5, 20/20

Lccj 2x20kg: 5

Lccj 2x24kg: 5x 10reps (ca 6/7 rpm)
Lccj 2x28kg: 5
Lccj 2x24kg: 5x 10reps (ca 5/6 rpm)

Cold holds sway, but it felt a little better. We will see tomorrow if it was smart to train, or not.
Went for some lc volume and trying to keep breathing down, long set rests (ca 2 min). Heart rate topped around 81 % of max throughout all sets. Happy with lc-technique, but the snatches were just weird.

The official GS-GBG competition tee for Uddevalla Open LC
I usually don't care too much about fashion and sporting outfits. But, then I saw this design tee and font from Typhoon Sporting A bit expensive, but I could not resist the late 80's post-punk style.
GS-GBG is my local team - GBG is the common abbreviation for the town of Göteborg (like LA, NY - you get it). Also, thanks to fitness modell Anders Nordegren for letting me use this photo where he poses in the new tee.

So, now you have your own team. Great.
