Oa jerk with 12,20,24,28: 5/5 each
Jerk 2x20kg: 5
Jerk 2x28kg: 4x 2,4,6 reps + 2,4 reps (sum 54 reps)
Some shallow OH-squats with 2x20kg
Found my 2nd dip again - make things easier. I hope it doesn't go away as it has previously.
