Oa jerks 14kg,20kg: 10/10
Jerks 2x20kg: 10
Jerks 2x24kg: 20
Jerks 2x28kg: 5
Jerks 2x24kg: 20
Jerks 2x28kg: 5
Jerks 2x24kg: 20
Jerks 2x28kg: 5

Bar hang: 1min
Farm walk 2x24kg: 2min

A few pull overs and bench kb presses.

getting strong.

Thanks, but not yet :-). We will see what the future bears in mind. Btw, I have no plans ever transfering from the 24kgs (the veteran standard), but I feel like a few heavier reps helps.

funny, i was thinking the same thing. I don't really think i need to work with the 32's. perhaps I'm lazy... i would rather do some strongsport type stuff and long sets with the 24 and 28. yeah the jerk overload is important.

i'm not sure.. i remember reading an article on akc blog about the 32's slowing you down, while the 24's were a good weight for fighters.. what do you think?

32's for fighters (not grappling)...
Don't know. Might depend on the fighter's weight category.
As fighting sports are pretty shoulder joint intensive, my guess is that if one does not have a very high "natural" strength level - using the 32kg for assistance might lead to overuse easier. I would not put my million dollar prize fighter on an intensive kettlebell program anyway :-).

On the other hand isn't there like two schools in fighting sports to weights: high-rep and low heavy rep? Proponents of both says the other one makes you slow.

Tyson did heavy low rep and was fast, Valuyev did low rep but slow...:-).
Sum, I don't know.

As for bells, I think lighter bells makes quicker movements possible and as such it is a good complement to get quicker motor patterns.
I am experimenting alternating 20s and 24s sets to get the habit of quicker dips also with heavier bells. Time will judge...
