Technique warm up and mobility for jerk
Jerk 2x20kg: 10

Snatch 14kg (gloves and talcum powder) for 6 min and then the phone saved me :-).
Today, focus was on the speed in the dips. I did a long slow set but aimed at keeping each rep quick. Did not count until after. Filmed it, sometimes it looked quite nice, but as soon as I lost focus I went back to the slow style. Each quick rep taxed my cardio more, on the other hand as each rep takes less time, more rest in rack is possible. A less lazy person, of course, would go for more reps...:-).
The snatch PR was nice and a surprise. Felt hard but not like an absolute effort.
