The 28kg jerks were nice. I am happy for that as they have sucked lately when I have done them pre-fatigued. Last set I found some relaxation which made things easier. The 28s hits my legs a lot more.
The light talcum snatches continues. I remade a spare 28kg bell to 14kg this weekend. To make it extra slippery I painted all in hammer paint (hammerite), also the handle. I could make max 2min before switch. Don't know if it was the new bell or that my previous exercizes had worn me out.
